Inspector Ciudadano 1.2

Through Citizen Inspector, you can report irregular situations that occur on the roads of Panama City directly to the Transit and Land Transportation Authority via alerts or complaints.

These alerts are geo-located and allow you to attach a textual description, photos, audio, and video. The Joint Task Force has been established, with the participation of the Fire Department, Sume 911, SINAPROC, the ATTT, and the National Police, responsible for monitoring and responding to alerts. The ATTT has a team dedicated to monitoring and responding to reports of traffic violations.

• Launch the Citizen Inspector application.
• Log in with your Citizen Inspector or Panama Apps account.
• Select the type of alert or complaint.
• Add a description and photos, video, or audio to it.
• Send the alert to inform the corresponding authorities.
• You will receive response messages as your alert is being addressed.
